## Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for control and monitoring solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and market trends to identify product enhancement opportunities.
• Translate Portfolio Epics into Features and User Stories in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives.
• Lead planning, tracking, and execution of product development activities.
• Support Agile Release Train activities including PI Planning and Sprint Reviews.
• Facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Service.
• Monitor development progress and implement risk mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with Product Lifecycle Management processes and stage-gate milestones.
• Drive product readiness through Sales Release and Manufacturing Release phases.

## Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
