Define and drive the product roadmap for control and protection systems in HVDC and grid stability technologies. Connect engineering capability to market needs, shape long-term roadmaps, and ensure technical excellence and commercial competitiveness.

## Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for C&P systems across transmission and grid stability solutions.
• Guide a team of product owners across C&P algorithms for VSC and LCC technologies.
• Drive architectural decisions for real-time industrial C&P systems balancing performance and scalability.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into clear product priorities.
• Oversee product-level requirements, gate reviews, design specifications, and test plans.
• Build external relationships with businesses, research centers, and clients.
• Mentor and develop talent within the C&P and product management community.
