Product Manager (m/f/d)

Leads product portfolio maintenance, competitor benchmarking, and partner training for the EMEA region. Manages product care, documentation, and supports future product development while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

## Responsibilities

• Lead competitor benchmarking efforts from product and technical perspectives.
• Develop and deploy training concepts for partners and service providers.
• Manage product topics requiring market action with cross-functional alignment.
• Support customer support with complex technical questions and warranty cases.
• Test hardware, software, and app environments for new products.
• Create documentation such as instruction manuals and spare parts lists.
• Generate sales and marketing materials for go-to-market communication.

## Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Skills: SAP, Self-motivated, Structured, Organized, Proactive, Communication, Customer-centric approach

## Nice to have

• Skills: Fluent in German, Fluent in Italian
