## Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with clients and communicate with technical, commercial, and management stakeholders.
• Define data center product strategies, roadmaps, and service catalogs for colocation, HPC, and AI services.
• Define service tiers, packaging, SLAs, and pricing constructs for colocation and AI compute offerings.
• Conduct market sizing, competitive assessments, and demand analyses for data center and AI infrastructure markets.
• Identify and profile target customer segments and capture their technical requirements.
• Translate market and customer requirements into product requirements for data center design and capacity build-out.
• Develop commercial value propositions and client-facing materials such as pitch decks and whitepapers.
• Support go-to-market planning and early-stage commercial discussions with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, finance, and program management teams to align assumptions.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management on progress and recommendations.
• Identify market and product risks and provide mitigation recommendations.

## Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field
